Is the used battery warranty ?
NO. Since used
battery can not refurbished, so there is absolutely no warranty. However 95% of
our used battery is hold 20 minutes or longer. BRAND NEW battery have full
warranty from their original battery manufacturer
What is the return policy?
We offer a 7-day return exchange for online store credit. If you are not
satisfied with the laptop you purchased, you may exchange it within 7-days and
receive online store credit to use towards another unit. Because of the great

How do I replace a defective

systems are included with the refurbished laptops?
We don't sell software with the refurbished laptops. With the great number of operating
systems, (from DOS, Windows 3.1, 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 to Linux Red Hat, SUSE,
Mandrake, etc) it is hard to satisfy every user. We test the laptops with
Windows 98 and prepare it for easy operating system installation saving you
money and allowing you a choice. All installed Software & Operating Systems are
for evaluation only and you are responsible for obtaining a license or removing
